VantageForce Center of Excellence (CoE) serves as an internal competency center to ensure the on-going integrity of various methodologies applied by our professionals. Our experienced team of IT professionals works with clients to implement best practices, policies, procedures and standards to ensure that the client's investment delivers the desired return. This is facilitated through continuous training and mentoring to ensure we possess the best and right expertise for all sorts of staffing requirements.

VantageForce CoE helps implement standards across the organization to ensure data and infrastructure are appropriately integrated so islands of information are eliminated and access to usable information is available at all levels of the company. We help streamline communication between the business units and IT information requirements of all users to be met enabling business goals to be more easily achieved. We will help control the cost of technology deployments through the re-use of processes across multiple applications.

Our CoE team is responsible for breaking down technical barriers to successful implementations. The Center also maintains an engineering lab to keep clients apprised of advances from key product companies. Our CoE is vendor independent and serves as a testing point for leading tools and technologies. The Center's facilities, staffing and technical environment has served as a viable option for our client's end-user and information systems group training, outsourced development, and operational and maintenance.
