Employee Referral Program
  • Referral Fee of $500 for a billable candidate who is currently overseas.
  • Referral Fee of $1000 for a billable candidate who is currently in the United States.
  • Referral fees will be paid 90 days after the candidate's start date.
  • Additional bonuses of $1000 will be paid with your fifth referral and $1500 with your tenth referral
You must obtain and submit an Employee Referral Program Form to get credit for each referral. Forms may be obtained from the Employee Help Desk.
