Vantage Force, Inc. was formed on April 1, 2009. VFI, under wholly new ownership, management and direction, acquired certain of the operating assets from Vantage Force Inc. Lenders, a company formed and owned by the secured lenders of Globaltek, Inc. ( GTI) who had acquired certain assets from GTI and certain of its subsidiaries after GTI's default on its obligations. VFI did not acquire or assume any liabilities of GTI, and VFI does not have any legal or business relationship with GTI or its former management. VFI's operations and practices meet the highest standards of business integrity and honesty under the fresh start with its new management. VFI is neither responsible for, nor approving of, any of the acts and practices of GTI or its subsidiaries.

As we are now moving into our second year of operation, we already are earning a reputation of being an organization that offers our clients quality contract and full-time consultants for their recruiting needs. Our services run the entire spectrum of placement and staffing functions, including: contract, contract to hire, full time placement and supporting selected organizations with project outsourcing.
